| 概要 | This study focuses on the premise that the effectiveness of On-the-Job Training (OJT) varies depending on the trainee’s state, and aims to clarify OJT instructional strategies based on levels of work engagement (WE) and employee engagement (EE). First, trainee states were categorized into four quadrants based on high and low levels of WE and EE. The effectiveness of five instructional strategies-goal setting, feedback, progress management, communication, and recognition/praise-was then compared across these states. A questionnaire survey simulating OJT situations was conducted with 27 university students belonging to a laboratory. The results showed that communication was relatively and consistently effective in states A (high WE * high EE) and C (low WE * high EE), while feedback was particularly effective in state B (high WE * low EE). In contrast, in state D (low WE * low EE), goal setting, progress management, and feedback were suggested to have negative effects. |
