概要	This study aims to identify indirect contributions in IT system implementation processes—contributions that are not easily visualized as tangible deliverables—and to examine the feasibility of evaluating them. In recent years, activities such as reviews, knowledge sharing, discussion facilitation, support, and coordination have had a significant impact on quality and progress in system development. However, these activities are not adequately captured by conventional progress management or deliverable-based evaluation frameworks. Based on prior studies on organizational citizenship behavior and invisible labor, this study organizes categories of indirect contributions in IT system implementation processes. The results show that peer evaluations exceed self-evaluations for nearly all items, with particularly large gaps observed in knowledge-sharing/educational activities and facilitation/communication-related activities.
