| 概要 | Herein, we report an efficient synthesis of π-extended pyrylium ions starting from naphthol-derived phenolic substrates via three consecutive steps: propargylation, intramolecular hydroarylation, and oxidative aromatization. The obtained pyrylium ions were converted into a pyridinium salt and a benzoxepin derivative, illustrating their synthetic potential. |
